Ken first overhauled an employer's database during a production internship
in 1989. Not able to get away from thinking structurally, he started his
own development business in 1992. He'll take on just about any technology,
if it'll get the job done well, and gracefully. He doesn't rest until everything looks "just right."

Lauren's first computer project required punching holes in huge stacks
of cards. Overjoyed at meeting the first Macintosh, Lauren decided she
actually liked computers and was soon helping friends, colleagues, and
clients. She quickly got hooked on creating databases and has been doing
it using FileMaker since 1992.

to hear: "This is going to make my life so much easier!"
