We are FM developers and members of the FBA. What is your developer pricing for the calendar?

    Many Thanks,

      Hi Dimitris –
Thanks for your inquiry. Since this is considered a developer’s product, we have tried to price the product for developer’s needs already. The current price includes as many users or calendars as you’d like, on whatever platforms or environments you’d like, so long as they’re working on the same single server. Each server requires its own license.

You can purchase the product here:

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Do you have a separate price for developers who want to incorporate the calendar into a vertical solution. Each client using my solution has their own copy of FileMaker Server.

We’re discussing a vertical market program. I’ve sent you an email off-line.

I would like to know if it’s possible to create a new event from filemaker to Google calendar and the otherwise, knowing that I manage 15 calendars for different sellers
When i am login, I have the google calendar “named ALPHA” who manage the others calendar with each them account “Seller1, Seller2 …”,
is it possible to attach a file to the event “sheet appointment” for exemple

No, this is not a two-way sync. It’s primarily a UI to display a calendar. It does offer the ability to (a) display FileMaker events in Google and (b) display Google events in FileMaker, on the same display as FileMaker events. But you can’t update FileMaker events in Google or Google events in FileMaker. They’re both read-only subscriptions.

Great Work! My db has a resources table (instead of a value list). I would like to have each resource have its own schedule which would show up on the calendar as available times For example, Salesman 1 is Mon, Wed and Friday 8:00 am – 11:00 am and Tues and Thurs at 3:00pm – 6:00pm. Is there anyway to do this?

The resources can easily be turned into a value list by defining the value list based on the name field of that table, if you need to do this.

As far as individual calendars, there are a couple of ways to handle this. You can filter any calendar you set up by anything. So you can, for example, define a calendar once, then filter it in the web viewer so that only that person’s events show up. This is the quickest and easiest way.

For more flexibility, you can set up a separate calendar definition for each person and define start & end times for each calendar definition. There’s unlimited flexibility there, but you’d have update the calendar definition any time staff needs change. Not a big deal, but some added maintenance.

Custom development might give you a bit more options, for example we can do some background shading during certain times of day depending on the person and day, etc.

I manage up to 20 construction teams and am looking for a calendar that shows the teams/resources in week view with color bars. The teams all work 7am to 3:30 pm and at multiple different locations.
So I am trying to track the teams in simple colored line form with script and stacked top to bottom, while able to view all at once in a week view. Also some jobs are 1-day while other may be 3-5 day projects, so I need to see breaks in the colored lines for each team/resource.
    Is this possible?

Our company uses Filemaker so this would be ideal.

I think you’re describing our timeline. You can have as many hours, days or weeks going from left to right. The teams/resources appear on the left. The appointments can be color coded based on a FileMaker calculation field.

Feel free to send a sketch of what you’re trying to do, and we can help you with your specific needs.

It sounds like the calendar will work for you immediately, but if the calendar doesn’t handle exactly what you’re looking for, we can customize it to your needs as well.
